Product Overview
CO₂ Absorber is a specially designed compact airway module suitable for use in patient monitoring equipment. The part removes CO₂ from the airway module and supplies a low temperature water-gas shift to the patient respiratory system. The part is comprised of an injection molded CO₂ absorber body, injection molded CO₂ absorber cover and structural foam filter. The product is designed and tested to ensure patient comfort and to help clinicians make better care decisions. The filter consists of polyethylene Porex material of 20 to 60 microns, which is excellent for filtering. The absorber is made up of high quality Nylon 6 or Polyamide 6 material that has excellent chemical resistance and abrasion resistant properties, which makes it well suited for many medical applications. The excellent hardness and durability of the product makes it work effortlessly in many demanding conditions.
