Product Overview
The incubator is an enclosed apparatus used for premature babies or neonates to provide warmth in a controlled and protective environment. The side door contains portholes used for routing a ventilator or an oscillator tube into the incubator without disturbing the functionality and heat condition. The Inner Wall with Porthole is a part of the side door assembly. The side door containing portholes cutout is attached over the inner wall to incubator. With a good surface finish and excellent dimensional stability, the inner wall ensures a perfect fit into the incubator. It enhances the safety of the porthole door. The clear acrylic material used for the inner wall helps to reduce its overall weight and also provides support to porthole door. The acrylic material which is a thermoplastic has very good mechanical properties like high rigidity, high tensile and impact strengths which ensures a very good life span for the inner wall. It ensures that no heat is lost during functioning of incubator.
