Product Overview
The Light Meter Package is used in the phototherapy system of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). It is used to measure the light emissions from the phototherapy system and measures the light energy that strikes its photo-detector and gives a digital output. The phototherapeutic light delivered to the patient should be within the optimal light spectrum, currently considered for the jaundice treatment. The reliable measurement of the light meter helps to give optimal treatment for the patient with jaundice. This instrument is flexible with LED, fluorescent, halogen and fiber-optic phototherapy systems. It is assembled and packed carefully to ensure that there will not be any burrs and sharp edges on its body. The whole package comes with a box, inside of which contains a light meter with label that has the product details, wrapped with a bubble sheet; a user manual for guidance and a calibration certificate for the instrument. The calibration certificate will have the readings of various parameters, under which the light meter is calibrated and the due date for the next calibration.
